This is a major label artist's multi-room recording facilty designed by Mike Konopka located in the Midwest. Working within budget contraints, Mike designed this tracking room, in part to approximate the room sound of a famous West Coast studio that the artist enjoyed recording in. The curtain 'legs' in the tracking room allow for tuning the absorption scheme for the desired effect. Mike also did the comprehensive wiring design calling for Nema boxes (as shown) and custom etched panels from Panel Authority in Lockport, Illinois.
